Paradigm exists to offer pastors and church staff a space to work through heart struggles and vocational ministry issues. This affords them an avenue for soul care that otherwise would be discouraged for fear of burdening their parishioners.

 

Many of Providences churches are staffed by only one or two minsters, the result of which increases the propensity to isolation and “struggling alone”. Our desire is to be pastors to pastors, offering help to Providence’s heralders of good news.
