About
Liz is a trained biblical counselor (Association of Biblical Counselors) and Christian trauma care provider dedicated to helping individuals find healing and hope through the transformative power of Jesus Christ. She approaches counseling with compassion and a deep desire to understand each person's unique experiences, utilizing biblical principles and a holistic framework to address past hurts and empower individuals to embrace a future marked by freedom and joy. Liz believes in equipping her clients to see God's purpose for their lives and to live in a way that glorifies Him. Liz also counsels at her local church Grace Harbor Church New Bedford. Her background also includes public health education and evaluation, where she focused on helping people make positive changes in their physical health.
In her free time, Liz enjoys hiking, running, and spending quality time with her two children and husband.

About
Christina is a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Nutritionist with the State of Rhode Island, as well as a certified biblical counselor with the Association of Biblical Counselors. By combining these two fields, she integrates her training in nutrition and biblical counseling to help individuals find freedom from food-related issues and body struggles through gospel-centered care. Her approach is compassionate and rooted in Scripture, seeking to understand each person’s unique relationship with food, reveal God’s purposes for food and the body, and walk alongside them toward a Christ-honoring perspective of health and nutrition.
Christina’s professional experience includes both clinical nutrition (Hasbro Children’s Hospital and Rhode Island Hospital) and community nutrition, helping individuals of all ages improve their health and well-being. She is a member of Grace Harbor Church, Providence. In her free time, Christina enjoys reading, thrifting, and spending time with her husband and their four children.

Mary considers counseling a sacred calling and an honor to assist individuals and families in navigating life’s struggles. Using Isaiah 61: 1-4 as her guiding verse, Mary provides compassion and care to encourage alignment with the Word of God. Mary brings wisdom from decades of walking with Jesus.

Jason considers it a privilege to walk alongside others amid life's struggles. He offers counseling in a variety of areas, including but not limited to marriage, parenting, life transitions, conflict, low view of self, trauma, grief and loss, addictions, anger, depression, dating, singleness, and career/life direction.
As executive director of Paradigm Biblical Counseling, Jason provides oversight of the organization's staff, finances, and direction. In addition to his role with Paradigm, Jason serves as the associate pastor of counseling and discipleship at Grace Harbor Church in Providence, RI. Previously, he worked in health care policy, served in various counseling and discipleship ministries at Capitol Hill Baptist Church in Washington, DC, and was the pastor of counseling and discipleship at Trinity Baptist Church in Grand Rapids, MI.

Jason writes regularly for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He and his wife love watching British dramas and raising their daughter together.

Mary Hannah offers counseling for anxiety, depression, life transitions, family difficulties, and other areas.
